It comes with excellent recommendations and a breakdown of the different sections. Furthermore, we found that the practice test in this study guide seemed to be the most legitimate and probably even the toughest as well. Therefore, since it’s the cheapest, most up-to-date, and has the best coverage on the SIFT test, it easily got our #1 recommendation.

The SIFT Study Guide is a little pricier than No products found. and doesn’t offer anything more than what our #1 recommendation does. Therefore, make sure to save yourself a little money and get more bang for your buck.

However, I’m not saying this is a bad book..on no. It did make our #2 spot. But compared to the one above, your best bet is the cheaper and better option…unless you are looking to buy another Study Guide and access and second practice test.

The No products found. is a gigantic 600+ pages. It deals with a range of military flight aptitude tests – the SIFT, the AFOQT and the ASTB.

This makes it a good choice for someone exploring a military aviation career and isn’t sure if they are going into the Air Force, Navy, or Army. This Military Aviation Study Guide also contains two full practice tests for each exam. This book’s main weakness is its mathematical mistakes and that it isn’t focused on the SIFT test – causing some confusion. Several buyers of the book have complained that it contradicts itself at times as well (although I didn’t see this when I went through it).

We are sure you know that the No products found. book, in the ‘For Dummies’ range of books, is part of a very well known brand. If you buy this book, be prepared to pay a premium price. In spite of this, it still useful for the SIFT, the AFOQT and the ASTB.

A lot of complex or difficult ideas are made understandable but many people will find the tone of this book to be almost patronizing. It also contains a lot of useless information. Overall, this book is recommended only to ‘For Dummies’ fans. There are better options out there for everyone else.
